Refund Policy

A damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item may be reported within 30 days following delivery. We do not provide no-reason or change-of-mind returns, including preference or ordering mistakes.

Submit the order number, checkout email, explanation, and clear photos or video. Never return a product before authorization. We assess the evidence and any authorized return before approving replacement, if stock is available, or refund to the original payment method.
